Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange in the event of a defect

In the event that an item does not meet your expectations or has a defect that escaped our attention, we invite you to inform us within 30 working days following receipt. After verification by our sales team, we will proceed with an exchange free of charge, as a reflection of our wish to guarantee your satisfaction.

Exchange for comfort

For customers wishing to make a change for reasons of comfort, such as a different colour or another model, Hermine de Pashmina offers exchange flexibility up to 6 months after purchase. This policy also applies to sale items, with the possibility of a direct exchange in store, without additional charges.

Return procedure

Before any return, it is essential to contact us to explain the reasons for your request. The item must be returned by registered parcel, ensuring traceability until it is received by our services. Postage costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, but no administrative fee will be applied. In the event of a refund request, the initial shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. Please note that returns not made by registered shipment cannot give rise to a claim in the event of non-receipt.

Worn items

We would like to remind you that worn items cannot be exchanged or refunded, in order to maintain our quality and hygiene standards for all our customers.
