Our commitments

Deliveries are handled by La Poste’s Colissimo 48h service. We guarantee that your order will be handed over to La Poste on the same day, except in the event of a stock shortage. However, if the product is available in store, the goods will be shipped two working days after the day of purchase.

Hermine de Pashmina refunds an item if it does not give you complete satisfaction.
Simply return it within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
The item must be returned new, complete and in its original packaging.

Hermine de Pashmina guarantees a secure payment processed by a French bank using SSL 128.
We cannot intervene in transactions or retrieve payment data.
Hermine de Pashmina has no access to the card number provided. If you make an error when entering your bank card details, we cannot intervene in this confidential operation.
This remains between you and the bank.

Hermine de Pashmina guarantees product exchange. You may exchange an item if it does not suit you, for a period of 6 months.
The item must be returned new, complete and in its original packaging.
The exchange may be made in Hermine de Pashmina stores (see in-store conditions) or via www.cachemire-hermine.fr (see the general terms and conditions of sale).
Exchange is authorised for sale items. A sweater may be exchanged for a sweater. No additional discount request can be granted; a sweater bought outside a promotion may be exchanged for a sale sweater without any compensation being requested.

Hermine de Pashmina offers free shipping for all deliveries in mainland France over €49; below €49, a fixed fee of €6 is charged.
