Delivery is free from €49
At Hermine de Pashmina, delivery is free in France from €49 of purchases. So do not hesitate.
Free delivery from €99 of purchases throughout Europe (excluding France) and from €199 for the rest of the world.
You therefore do not pay delivery fees, as they are offered to you, allowing you to enjoy your purchase even more without any additional charge. Delivery is handled by La Poste via Colissimo and Lettre Max with a tracking number within 48 hours from the shipping date confirmed by e-mail (La Poste parcel distribution services with tracking). All our items are available and guaranteed in stock; your order is therefore sent as quickly as possible. The indicative delivery time announced by La Poste is 2 working days for France.
Returns for refund within 15 days and returns for exchange within 6 months
Within fifteen days of receiving your order, you may request a return for refund. For a product exchange, the period is 3 months by Colissimo or 6 months for an exchange in one of our boutiques.
The exchange, credit voucher or refund will be processed after receipt of the item in its original condition, provided that it has not been worn, washed or damaged. Only products returned complete, in their original packaging and pouch, intact and in perfect resale condition will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, worn or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded. Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn garments, as well as damaged boxes or packaging, will be refused. Any return must be reported in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep proof of return, which means that items must be returned by registered post or by any other method providing a confirmed shipping date and valid tracking. No return of merchandise will be accepted without prior contact and without validation of the return procedure. Refunds are made by cheque.
It is essential to return the parcel to us by registered Colissimo, no refund can be requested without proof of registered posting (too many parcels disappear).
